Over the years I noticed princess Anne recycles a lot of clothes, even golden oldies  Wink

At the wedding of Charles and Diana (1981):

At the wedding of Lady Rose Windsor (2008):

Anne in South Africa (in honor of the Golden Jubilee) (2012)

Anne at the wedding of her daughter Zara with Mike Tindall (2011)

At the wedding of William and Kate (2011)

At Ladies Day Ascot (2012):

Good on her. She couldn't care less about fashion and couldn't give a sh*t what people think of her  Thumb up

There are more Royal ladies recycling their outfits.

For example there was some fuss when Queen Beatrix appared at the wedding of her cousin prince Maurits (1998) in the same outfit she had worn during Prinsjesdag 1995 (with small modifications:

Yeah and that was one dress that should have been burned even before wearing for the first time...

Princess Anne has a beautiful figure (for her age).
Her skin is truly peaches and cream.  No alterations, no enhancements, no fillers, no make-up, no plastic, etc.

It is surely not a shame to wear (goodlooking) outfits more than once. In various circumstances you should really engourage that. But sometimes you think: did she really had to wear that outfit again? Couldn't she leave it her closet?

I think when Anne wears simple classic clothes she looks great. But when she falls into the garden-party-on-her back stuff she wears to weddings, my only response is `oh dear, there she goes again.'' Those clothes look horrible the first time out and repeat wearings do not do a thing for them.

She should NEVER have reworn the dress she wore to Chucky and Diana's wedding- she looked horrible!

I think it's time to start taking some tips from the Queen's dresser. Not in terms of cut or trim -- the Queen's clothing gets a little fussy -- but in terms of simple lines and bold colors. Anne would rock!

Well, I think there's recycling, and then there's RECYCLING. That dress worn in 1981 didn't need to come out again 27 years later. And then again....fashion changes, and that's not classic enough to been seen repeatedly. I think Anne's business-like attitude is great, but it can be a bit much when it comes to fashion (and more importantly, IMHO, style.)

Personally Anne would rock the kasba with a really good make-over. Just like Roayl me said: she has all the potential: great figure, wonderful skin, her hair while in awful style is probably still thick and full...
there are so many great styles out there for a no-nonsense, let's get down to business, horse-laughter, horse-loving woman. With clean practical lines and the occasional little whimsical frill to satisfy the "Blanche Deveraux" in her.
IMO she'd give the entire royal cast (in and outside Britain) a good run for their money...

I agree and the first thing I'd do would be to get rid of that upswept poof hairdo. UGH! Otherwise, she's a very attractive woman in so many ways.
