Marius & Instagram

My daughter actually alerted me to this. Please note that I realize that Marius is not a royal himself but the issue has to do with the entire royal family.

Apparently Marius posted pics from family outings & vacations on his Instagram account & some members of the press called it into question as possibly threatening the security of the RF (which the family has denied).

I read in the austrian newspaper that Marius is back in Norway and lives in Skaugum again. The relationship to Juliane is broken. I also discovered Marius left black hearts on Juliane's instagram pictures.

I think that he moving back to Norway is totally reasonable and expected, given the health condition of his mother.

I read he got fired from his job in London.

He's young and breakups and jobs not being right is normal for that age. I hope he finds his way in due course. I wish him well and have always felt a little bad for him - he is in such a weird and awkward spot in that he is part of the Crown Prince family but is isn't a royal while his mother and siblings are.

This, I wonder if he feels different and perhaps lonely in this family. They clearly love him, but unmistakably has a different position in it. When I see photos of the Norwegian royal family I think of him not being part of them. Almost like his existence is denied. Just my perception and might not be the real story.

While Marius is royal related, he’s also a private person and had no choice in being part of the royal circus so we’re giving him a pass on the dishing. I hope everyone understands.
