"Her Imperial and Royal Highness, Archduchess Kathleen of Austria" OK, A) there is no more Empire, and B) at best, Kathleen would have been a "Duchess" or maaaaybe (eventually) a Princess, but always of morganatic status. Like poor Sophie Hohenberg. See, I can be ridiculous too!

She is neither... not recognised anywhere especially in Austria... her Father in Law peddling this falsehood for all he can .... when he is not promoting Blessed Karl

Is there any women married to royals who needed to change their name? I think in the past it perhaps was. Also in the Russian imperial family it was common practice, but was also connected to the conversion to the Russian Orthodox faith. Nowadays they don't.....well perhaps aside the wife of Big Mamma's boy Georgi. Also people who keep on clinging on titles and such which have been outbanned. Grand Duke George Mikhailovich Romanov & Victoria Romanovna (née Rebecca Virginia Bettarini)

Is there any women married to royals who needed to change their name? The late King Hussein had two wives who opted to change their names upon marriage 1. Princess Muna al Hussein-birth name Toni Avril Gardiner. 2. Queen Noor al Hussein born Lisa Najeeb Halaby.

Do you think that the young Archduchesses would like a baby brother?

Does Kathleen speak German? I know that the Habsburgs have traditionally placed a high premium on language fluency and if I remember her academic background, language studies were not writ large.

Personally, I wouldn't know. But if they live in a German speaking country she will be emerged in German. And yeah, I known that many speak and understand English these days, but that would not always be possible.
