She does seem that way. I think her parents (neither of whom, supposedly, are overly intelligent, altho they both seem like absolutely lovely people) are making sure she receives a great deal of intellectual stimulation. Smiley

Just wondering, why do you feel V&D aren't intelligent?

Daniels high school exam grades were far from impressive AFAIK. I must say I share the impression somewhat: at least I don't get the impression that any of the members of the SRF are especially intelligent in the intellectual way (iq). There are other sorts of intelligens though and both Vic and Dan seem to be smart in other ways to me.
I agree--they both seem to have a very high "emotional" intelligence, which will serve them exceedingly well in their roles. Yes

True - he earned 2s and 3s mostly.

IA Daniel doesn't come across as intellectual, he was more into hockey than school (explains his grades? Whistle) and decided not to go to university (afaik, university isn't crazy expensive in Sweden so it was probably his choice).

Victoria OTOH is known to love to learn, and she was an excellent student.

Yup, they have great people skills, going by what people who met them say.
Especially Daniel - imho he's the only Swedish royal who is really good at PR. Whistle

Why are these two (or should I say three) so quiet at the moment?  Oh well, soon it's Vic's birthday again and we'll see them in Solliden.  Lolipop

I was thinking the same thing. It's time for little Estelle to have a sibling before she gets too used to being an "only".

New dress new purse I think, in London, at Hackney college.
What on earth?
I don't like the air flaps at the front.

From this angle doesn't look bad, the dress.

The shooties is another matter, why hasn't she burned them? Made her look stumpy.
Btw... the last time she wore short skirts... she has a bun in the oven. :D

Far be it for me to engage in pregnancy rumors Smiley

Anyway, anyone knows their two-day schedule? Is it packed working jaunt or is it a "vacation"?

Also, this woman does not feel cold, ever?

I like her dress, but she always tie her hair either in a bun or a ponytail. Just getting bored, hope to see a change in her hairstyle.

She looks very happy and adorable here. Her wardrobe has increased, I don't think she is following Mary's shopping habit. It will be a No from me...

The Royal Correspondent posted a video by a press agency on their visit. The video calls them "the Swedish Will & Kate", so... Victor & Daniella?  Laugh bounce

I don't understand why a lot of people like to use Will and Kate as a benchmark for comparison, especially Kate. Its like always Kate comparing with this Princess and that Princess. I read in those gossip mags and some commented Madde is following Kate's style...Is Kate really that unique, the most stylish? It always get on my nerves...

Instead of shooties, but if she wants to wear boots, I prefer she go full boot like the Minister, Ewa Bjorling.

And the dress, I prefer the black dress with white collar she wore to France.
Where is that dress anyway? That fits her nicely and it's a shame it's not brought out often.

I agree with the "Kate-parison", it's getting tiring. As though nothing existed before her. I think this: one part an attempt by the media to get more hits (Kate and Will get more hits than Victoria and Daniel--not Victoria and David); also, one part an attempt to sell Kate as a bonafide successor of her dear-departed and very stylish mother-in-law. I guess anyway :D

Less than half of Cambridge University's Swedish student population deigned to turn up to greet the Crown Princess couple.

People think the UK is the only monarchy that counts. The comparisons don't bug me as much as sugars thinking that other monarchies all follow Britain's rules (!) and insisting that Daniel is titled HRH The Duke of Västergötland, etc. Dead
