Natural blonde hair, light in summer and a little darker in the winter, depending on the amount of sunlight. It will be the same in at least the upcoming 10-20 years, perhaps only getting grey near his sideburns. No news, similar like people with similar hair.  Snore

I like that he includes picture of his parents on his desk... I don't recall have seen any other royal does the same.

After following him a bit I can see pretty much a good king material on him. Give me WA over Freddle any time.

I agree. W-A has always struck me as a very happy family man. Given the recent events with the Dutch royals it appears that their close family ties is one of their strengths.

New Dutch King awarded Olympic gold order, IOC's highest honor
by Associated Press
08/09/2013 - 3:17pm

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) — The IOC has awarded its highest honor to Dutch king Willem-Alexander after he relinquished his membership to focus on matters at home.

International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge presented the Olympic gold order to Willem-Alexander during a session in Buenos Aires on Sunday.

Willem-Alexander stepped down after acceding to the Dutch throne in April. He will likely be replaced by KLM executive Camiel Eurlings in an election on Tuesday.

Willem-Alexander, who became an IOC member in 1998, said "in no way this means I'm distancing myself from the values" of the IOC and the Olympic Movement.

The king will remain an honorary IOC member.

The 46-year-old Willem-Alexander is the youngest monarch in Europe and the first Dutch king in 123 years.

King Willem-Alexander was in Rotterdam today, to pay a visit to foundation Jarige Job. The foundation is supported by the Oranje Fonds.

Dutch photographer Erwin Olaf is probably the designer of the new Dutch euro coin. 5 artists were invited to make a design for the new coin and according strong rumours the design of Erwin Olaf was chosen as the winning design. Begin 2014 The Netherlands will start to replace the old Beatrix coins with the new Willem-Alexander coins. New month, the Ministry of Finance will (probably) release the design.
