The DM are reporting that they have announced her going into labour to preserve her 'dignity'

Why, oh why, is everything about this woman so damned fragile and snowflake-y.  Even being admitted it a traumatic event requiring special care.

To be fair, they are reporting that KP made the announcement  in "an attempt to balance her 'dignity' with the fact that social media makes it almost impossible to keep the baby's imminent arrival a secret".
