The Queen then visited the Habel Jafar Health Unit at the Habel Jafar Health Center in Marracuene. That center offers assistance to 23,000 people and provides preventive, stimulating and curative care at no additional cost or for a minimal fee

The Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium (ARMB) is a work centre, a centre of reflection, of exchanges of ideas, and an advisory organ for governmental institutions. Belgian Royal Academy of Medicine (KAGB) advises the authorities and the citizens on matters relating to medical sciences. Queen Elisabeth was named Honorary Member of Belgian Royal Academy of Medicine in 1954 and Queen Fabiola in 1976.

Somewhere in my mind it whispers that this dress is a repeat for Mathilde and/or that she or another royal lady (Max??) has the same dress in other color(s).

EDIT: it is a repeat

I want this dress! I wouldn’t mind having the teal blouse the other woman is wearing, too.

The dress is NATAN (sometimes, he get's it quite right), and a repeat.
She wore it at least once before (in January 2018 to some folks reception, don't recall what it was).

Afterwards, the Queen visited the headquarters of the Mozambique’s National Disaster Management Institute (INGC). INGC is a government agency which is responsible for coordinating the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) actions in Mozambique

During the visit, INGC General Director, Augusta Maita gave information to The Queen about the new technology used by INGC in responding to natural disasters. Natural disasters have been affecting Mozambique cyclically. The General Director also gave information about the use of drones for mapping both disaster prevention and response

Star Rita: I had no idea these wonderful programmes were being implemented across the border. Thanks Mathilde, solid, dependable, maternal Mathilde who quietly goes about being a mighty Queen indeed. She has long been forgiven for wearing Natan and he is occasionally very kind to his patrons fashion victims.

Wow, that would have been my last guess. I usually think their stuff is terrible.

She looks tired, with those bags and lines under her eyes. She is very active.

It must be hard for her having Elizabeth away from home for the first time.

It is nice to see Queen Mathilde promoting literature. The world of reading has so much to offer the individual reader.
