Now that you mention it, it isn't often we see her in blue. Pity, it really is a wonderful color for her. Her updo is beautiful. What a gift to Belgium is good Queen Til Certainly not this lovely sky-blue/periwinkle blue. She does suit blue:     |

I have always found the fuschia purple sash that Phillipe wears is stricking against the dark blue uniform.
