I could not stop myself from copying Margaret's post from another topic. ...she strangely insists on wearing little girl/granny dresses. What is with that?
STOP THE PRESSES! I just found her inspiration.
 Deja vu?

Deja vu? Give it back to Bette Davis Kate, she looks so much better in it.

Isn't it sad that McQueen is now so stodgy and boring? Boring enough for "royalty"?

ANOTHER white lace dress? I want to cry hard ... Well, I the new one is almost see-through, that's certainly in Kate's eyes an advantage. And it's shorter than the old one (while, yes, if she only wanted it shorter ... well, that's what scissors were invented for). Also the hat seems knew, and looks like a silly 1870ies inspired birds nest. It's not McQueen who is boring. They have still interesting styles. It's her duckass customer who asks for borized versions of the most boring styles.

I'm not a fan of Sarah's Burton work but Kate only takes the dullest and the blandest designs and always alter them in a matronly and boring way. « McQueen » is only a label for her. And I don't undestand why the brand accepts that : does McQueen need Waity to be popular now? And if Kate goes that road, why doesn't find her own Angela Kelly?

When McQueen died he was massively in the red, so his company has to make loads of money to pay it off.

It almost looks like there is a strip of lining towards the bottom of the skirt, but not in the crotch area. Guessing someone told he no more wind swept dresses so now she picks clothes that are see through? I think this dress is awful, why the high neckline, why the lace? It looks like someone 20-30 years older might wear.

^ A fine example of why one ought to test their dress material in *all* potential background lighting. So as to avoid a situation like this one. Unless, as a suspicious part of me thinks possible, Kate is purposely showing off the outline of her body?

Diana got caught like this, dontcha know all is missing are two children and a blue woollen vest to complete the look. Nevermind, Diana's was unintentional and MEDiana's is very intentional! G

ANDREW DENTON: Yes. What did... When you first met, what did you see in each other? CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK: What did we see in each other? We saw... Well, it's a bit hard. It's a bit blurry, in a way, because it was just after the Olympics had started and it was one of those evenings where...
