Call me weird, but does anyone else like me have some family jewelry they now own and wear? Yes I am an only child (and only grandaughter) so I got a lot, but I am sure Kate would have some pieces she could wear. I love wearing my grandmother's bracelets and earrings.
I guess I am saying that Kate seems to have a small jewelry box with no sentimental pieces. I would hate only having jewelry that was so expensive it would need to be locked up all the time.

Our precious royal cupcake selected a few pieces from this jeweller. Too bad we'll never see these pieces. I'm sure her hair will cover them.

That company is also tacky, tacky, tacky.

We are thrilled to have our jewellery selected by such a beautiful, sophisticated "People's Princess"!

The pieces which we sent to Kensington Palace were from the "Pretty" and "Bespoke" Collections.

I wonder if she actually paid for them or took freebies again.

Le Modeliste is that company known to be low rent?
I think it is dumb that they are advertising Kate got baubles from them when in fact she has yet to wear them. What if she does not?
Why couldn't she go to Asprey's or Garrards?

Sorry, MMM - I have no idea as to the quality of their stuff (never heard of it prior today) - should have specified that I find their statement very tacky.

Lamebridge is the only sister I can think of who can make a gorgeous necklace, like the one she wore recently, look like a bunch of dull marbles chained together.

The blue topaz bow earrings are very pretty; I'd love to have them.

My guess is that the pieces are just "on loan" (free, of course). The site is very careful not to say she bought them, just that they "sent" them to her...

It doesn't matter what kind of beautiful jewellery Kate gets to wear on this tour - we all know it will be covered by her messy, awful hair.

She has no gravitas, no personality... She can't wear glamorous historical jewellery... Too bad, so many treasures in the royal vault will be wasted on such a vapid airhead...
