Isn't the wedding dress on permanent loan to the BP summer exhibition of royal wedding dresses?

The Diana ring. You know what bugs me about that ring? All those prongs, and that thin band. That's why it always flops to the side and that would really REALLY bug me. If it was MY ring, I'd redesign it. Partial bezel set on the stone, thick platinum band. And that eternity ring, larger stones. I don't really like the gold wedding band with those other rings, but I can see why they are trying to uphold the tradition of the Welsh gold. If that was my finger, I would have asked to break the tradition.

She should just wear the gold one on her right hand, especially now that she has the eternity band. Lots of sects of Christianity wear a wedding ring on the right hand...if she wants to explain it she can say its a nod to diversity, or something.
I wouldn't wear anything else with Big Blue. The wedding band and the eternity band look uncomfortable with it and are basically smashed beneath it, anyway. I would be worried about scratching up the gold...with all that flopping!

The thing about the diamond band is that I see it everyday on a friend, women I work with and people is see in the shops. It's very attainable for many women. And the Cartier watch, while expensive, is their base model watch. It is something I can order on the phone (if I want to be paying it off for the next ten years!) All of her new items are of very good quality but they still don't have that extra spark that makes them unique and of a certain quality that is difficult to find. Big blue is about the only thing she really owns that is something a princess or queen consort would wear. And I really wonder if her ring is just a very good copy of the original.

As big and gaudy as Big Blue is, I would only wear it for evening or official royal day events such as Trooping of the Colour. I like the simplicity of the gold band paired with the eternity band. I would never wear it privately, just the gold band like She Who Will Not Be Named did.

Ah, but EA, you have your own sense of identity. The Duchass doesn't. She is nothing without The Holy Ring

I like to wear big stones, but they had better not be flopping around on my finger, that's for sure! If I were the Duchess, I'd spend money on jewelry and minimize the cheap dress buying! I'd also have some interesting and comfortable shoes and boots, plus I'd get my hair cut, and ditch that eyeliner.
Not really impressed with her collection so far. That necklace isn't worth the money IMO. Not a big fan of that watch, either. And the little rings...meh. The earrings are OK.

She only wears the blue when she's on engagements. I'd imagine that it's not conducive with a baby or every day life. I can recall pics of her grocery shopping and only wearing the band. When she went to Mustique, it didn't look like she was wearing it either. There are quite a few women who don't wear the engagement ring all the time. Would anybody really care if she just wore the two bands?

Someone explain this to me. She wore a new pair of green amethyst drop earrings that are £1200: When she has a perfectly fine pair of...GREEN AMETHYST DROP EARRINGS which were reportedly a gift from Prince William their first Christmas as a married couple: Why is it necessary to buy practically the SAME earring? Basically one is square and one is oval. Other than that, SAME. Look, if the queen wants her wearing more expensive jewelry, that's fine (though it's incredibly out of touch with the current economic state in the UK, but whatever). But is this girl seriously so unimaginative and boring that she has to waste money on practically the same jewelry? Christ. I cannot with this woman.
