I believe Claire and Felix co-own the company with some friends.

Claire and Felix are co-founders of the brand, with another couple: https://www.young-empire.com/about/

WHO
WE ARE
Young Empire is the fruit of a long friendship; Claire, Félix, Katia and James have known each other since their school days. Félix worked in events before stepping into the world of wine and has been running their own vineyard (Chateau les Crostes) with Claire for the last 7 years. James is an architect and designer and has worked on projects in Switzerland and Europe. Katia has a backround in fashion and ran an online boutique which specialised insustainable designers.

After becoming parents to 4 children, they created Young Empire, an authentic family lifestyle brand, to bring magic and joy into the lives and routines of other families.

James designed the Storybook bed system, is the artist behind the decorative mosaics and is passionate about giving children the right tools to let their imaginations run wild through the use of good design and creativity. Felix brings to this innovative project his expertise in distribution networks, sales, marketing and finances; Katia develops the branding for Young Empire and the clothing line for adults and children. Young Empire has been a long labour of love and a real team effort to transform the teams dreams into a reality for other families. Our personal values as a friend group have become the pillar on which Young Empire stands; respect for the environment and the manufacturing personnel, quality materials (responsibly sourced timber, organic textiles), magic, authenticity and simplicity. Young Empire continues to develop their distribution network thanks to trade shows like Maison & Objet in Paris, in their online shop and through handpicked retailers around the world.

Each of the other 3 seem to "bring" something to the project. Claire brings nothing, it seems Clown

ETA:

I believe it's their company and that they don't use their titles in conjunction with company dealings.  Don't quote be on that second bit as I've done very little research.  I tend to agree about the kids but I'm also mixed as it's their company.

They use the titles for a little of publicity. They don't use the titles on the description but the "blog" section on their website has a couple of articles associating the brand to their royal titles.

I understand their need for income and do something on their own but I agree with you guys, something's off.
I don't think it's them having the kids in the photos the only issue here. Maybe what is even more strange is that they used to be realtively unknown, def. without any interest, they don't have any kind of charisma when it comes to their public image, always out of Lux - yes, I know about MT but still... they were absent even when attending events at Lux. Suddenly, they have their own company and they play "Models Inc" with their kids. They try to push an image like those we see on blogs and on some magazines, very clean yet so "spontaneous" and close to the nature  - but the pics say a different story. I don't know, I wish I could be more specific on what bothers me.
So awkwardly bothersome. In my view, they are using their kids and GDF name to advertise their brand. Uh-oh!! What's wrong with this family? They are top places on the rich royals list? Claire's family is  also wealthy. What's happening?

Well I'm guessing that Louis was on a "budget" and the rest as well. Clair is from a wealthy family but with Corona who knows how that affected the fathers cash flow

Is it possible the GDF's net worth has been overstated? What is the alleged source of their wealth?

Isn't Claire's father a wealthy man? Maybe that's where they get their $$$ from.

From what I know, Claire’s dad
is very wealthy. I don’t think they need the clothes business to make a living... it looks more like a fun project to me... and the clothes are so ugly that I would be surprised if they sold any pieces.

Exactly I don't think that they're in any need for money.

The clothes are not my type and I don't even want to know how expensive they are.

You're in luck because I checked the website the other day. That dress is the only women's piece they have and it's €210.

They've done this for a bit now, I think its just a "passion project" rather than any real need for financial income. They must like the clothes and want to help out the company/friend who runs the company. I'm sure if it was about bringing in the $£$£ we'd see more advertising etc like we did with the vineyard.

That dress is a typical "looks fab in this photoshoot on the model" with the background and the sun. But on almost every other woman it simply looks like a huge pyjama top cum tent
