In addition to that ^^^ DR Pigekoret was one of Alexandra's beloved patronages. She travelled with the choir all over DK, and to international events. Then she "was let go", Mary took over, and now it's official. Another patronage to make it all about her.

That said, I can't wait until she brings out her own Christmas CD: "The Crownprincess and the Pigekoret - A Very Meary Christmas"   Snare

I thought the name sounded familiar. Alex was incredibly dedicated to the choir and genuinely seemed interested in its work. I doubt Mary will show the same level of interest.

Copenhagen is on the map for seriously expensive, progressive, highly-rated eats.

But ..... Are there good cultural eateries in Denmark?  Indian, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Italian, French, German ..... Australian

I hope none of our Danish posters mind me intervening but Copenhagen has incredible restaurants! Not just typical Danish food either. My cousin took me to an amazing Turkish/Lebanese place and last time I was there visiting friends we had one of the best pizzas ever at Gorm in Torvehallerne.

Thank you.   Hug

Hope my comment was not taken out of context - usually highly-rated eats are progressive and sadly (too) expensive for my budget.
