She's self conscious. Gets better as the clip proceeds. Soaps really allow for a certain amount of OTT character development, which she isn't doing. But in that biz if you show up on time every day, know your lines, do what the director wants and you are nice to everyone, you will find work easily and people will look out for you. Even if you don't get the breakout roles.

I read an interview she gave where she said she wasn't confident at all.  The interviewer said "you're quite shy aren't you" she said (not exact quote) "Yes very, its something I struggle with every day of my life".
She said she started taking part in drama at school to boost her confidence because she thought she could hide behind the characters.  But then she realised acting isnt hiding, "not at all", its telling the truth (or something like that)...
I thought it was sweet she would be shy and lack confidence considering shes the daughter of a King, and a Princess.

She does seem like one of the nicer royals out there, very approachable as well. I hope her well with her career it's not an easy one to get in to, even if you're the daughter of a King
