The DM has got itself very confused between some Sandringham arrival pics and this morning's church-going pics.

These are from this morning's 'walk to church' shots.

No James this year either.  That's a bit of a bummer.

the coat is horrendous, but the shoes are unforgivable.

I'd love to know what Bea is wearing under that coat.  It sticks out in crazy angles. Thinking

Glad that Waity recycled Yes  Seabiscuit still looks like a horse.

At first, I thought Zara was Sophie (they look alike to me), and I thought, "Awful coat.  Sophie looks 8 months pregnant!"  Then I realized it was Zara Blush

Thanks for the congrats on 1,000 posts milestone  Smiley

The DM confusion about the churchgoing pics is because some of them went to the early morning holy communion service as well as the later matins service.  The Queen is in fur coat with no hat for the communion service and her orange coat with hat at the later service.

Louise clearly has two new coats  -  I like them both.

Same old shoes though.  The girl needs some nice boots.  From the TV news it looks as if she is as tall as Margarita Armstrong-Jones who is about 18 months older.  I'm not surprised by the non-appearance of James.  I don't think he's able yet to cope with this type of public occasion.

Bea looks ridiculous - coat, hat, shoes - a complete mess.  Sophie's early-morning boots look like orthapaedic footwear - I think she changed for the later service.  Autumn Phillips always gets it right.

Thumb up I like everyone's outfit except for Bea's and I'm on the fence for HM's red with black fur trim.  I'm guessing that Zara accompanied HM in the car?
I agree that Louise could use a different type of dress shoe.

The Queen looks wonderful as always.  Prince Philip seems better than he has for months.  William looks old.  Kate is as plastic as ever.
