Of course they can feel as Greeks as they like - I agree with Maria, but when it comes to their public image and when they want to combine it so hard with their greek origins, they ought to be more careful. They got caught without having done their homework.

I cannot understand how a counselor (or an assistant, or whatever they have) allow this to happen. I don't believe Theodora knew the song. Her father maybe did. Someone suggested them this song and I cannot help but think that this person wanted to expose them. Or they have a useless assistant. Or they simply didn't give a sh*t  - which is the worst scenario.

onar any idea what Theo will do now that she's married? will she work with her brother (the one who is getting divorced and manages the charity I forgot his name) or do more acting? and what about Mat can he now practice law?

I have no idea.
I didn't watch any tv show during the weekend, so if they mentioned anything, I don't know. I haven't read any relative article and honestly all the articles these days were about the tiara. There wasn't even the slightest hint about their financials.
Given that she doesn't speak greek good enough, how could she live here? Not to start about her bubby.

Temporary suspension and probation. Often the State Bar of California will not make public the reason for attorney discipline so perhaps we will never know.

Yes, they do.  He mismanaged his IOLTA funds --the monies held by a law firm in trust for their clients.  He also failed to perform the tasks set by the Bar to correct things (further trainings, reports, etc.).  It's a very serious offense.

It's one suspension, carried over to more serious repercussions because of his failure to correct things.

I can't imagine that the Greek royals even care. They live on another planet. Pavlos married insane wealth and never seemed particularly bright and with hedge fund employment he has disconnected from reality. More than being a prince in this world does to you anyway. None of them know what it is like to work for a living. The architect son in law had some trouble not long ago and no one blinked. I just don't think they care because they don't know what it means or know too many people who screw up and don't think the rules apply to them. Matthew always looks like the cat who got the cream so maybe they have other plans for him to bring him into rich man endeavors now that he is family.

He has a good undergraduate degree --UCLA.  His law degree is from a very local, rather mediocre law school, La Verne.  Even Southwestern would have been more impressive.  It seems Nina Flohr is the most impressive of the married-ins in terms of abilities.

yes. Peri. these people don't belong to the supermarket that you and I belong to. they live else where. perhaps to them, its just a small discomfort that can be fixed...like an irritating itch that goes away after you itch it.
