I think we are so used to styled celebrities that our eye is a bit skewed. Camilla is very well put together - but clearly not undergoing a strenuous body regime or wearing shaper underwear. Nor need she. What we are seeing is a gorgeous septuagenarian- relaxed, healthy, engaged, funny. I barely notice Camilla’s clothes because her demeanour and face radiate. I notice her best hats, and her very occasional clothes statement, like that blue velour jumpsuit of a few months back. Go Camilla!

This sounds like something he actually wrote and from the heart, too.

I appreciate his candor. A lot of the time when speaking about the Holocaust, I've seen people mention 'remembering those lost' or something like that. I like that Charles said 'remember those that were murdered' because that's what the Holocaust was - absolute murder and I feel like as time passes, sometimes the significance changes as well. Great speech.

Anne didn't get the dress code, but who cares? Certainly not she!

Anne is Anne is Anne. God love her.  Smiley

I hope Sophie is not ill.

She was in Gloucestershire with Cows. I posted in her thread. I was wondering where she’s been.

The King and Queen visited the heart of the British Bangladeshi community in Brick Lane, East London — the Banglatown.

Led by traditional dance and music, Their Majesties walked down the street and met charities and businesses, including Graam Bangla restaurant.

The King and Queen were at the Altab Ali Park in East London.

TM met representatives to talk about the anti-racism movement of the 1960s and 1970s and current projects related to anti-racism.

A Dodoens Elm tree was planted to commemorate the death of Altab Ali.

Lovely engagement, and a wonderful turnout.

Love the brooch on Cam's collar.

I think she may be doing a deep dive into the vaults.

I know she’s had a lot of time to repair for this, but even so, I think Camilla is doing very well and adjusting to her new role. She’s not trying to play copycat to the queen’s way of doing things but is finding her own style. She has a certain “old shoe” kind of ease about her that makes people comfortable and that the late queen was never quite able to attain.
