I don't know but he is President of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA); http://www.dukeandduchess...ate_value[max]=4102444800The Duke of Cambridge, President of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), will attend the EE British Academy Film Awards ceremony at The Royal Opera House, London. My guess is no, not 100% sure though

Taking to the stage, the Prince joked “An actress I should probably call Granny,” as he referenced Dame Helen’s Oscar and BAFTA award-winning role in the The Queen.

I think it's just plain weird that his wife isn't at this function with him. This new trend is suspicious that all is not right in the House of Cambridge.....

Gosh what can we say with this, rubbish speech, waving whilst the woman is speaking to him, walking in front of her, sitting down before the ladies are seated. His manners truly are appalling. He's not even looking at Tinie when he gets the hand slap not to mention his obsession with his flies. i'll give him a well done on managing to avoid staring at the woman on his left's overflow...
Wearing the same dinner suit again, is that a new watch he's got?

^ I believe they are BAFTA staff.
In my opinion, William is out of his depth when he goes to events like these. He's not a celebrity, and it just feels strange when he tries to act like one.

ANDREW DENTON: Yes. What did... When you first met, what did you see in each other? CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK: What did we see in each other? We saw... Well, it's a bit hard. It's a bit blurry, in a way, because it was just after the Olympics had started and it was one of those evenings where...
