Queen Rania of Jordan attended the Day of German Industry 2016 conference organised by the Federation of German Industry (BDI) on October 6, 2016 in Berlin, Germany. Queen Rania is the guest of honour this year and spoke on Jordan's policies of accepting millions of Syrian refugees. Germany too is facing the integration of hundreds of thousands of refugees, many of them from Syria.

Oh Rania what are you wearing for attending a conference on refugees? You don't need to wear something like chancellor Merkel, but at least leave the edgy booties at home (and the weird dress too) IMHO.
On another hand, she's calling people's attention to the refugees drama and she clearly has a strong image abroad, which is great since Jordan is in a very sensitive geographic scenario  Yes

I was more distracted by the weird wrist bands she has put on with the dress. IMO the dress with the waistband and the edgy shoes would have been sufficient. The wrist bands are too much.
