December 3
Rania attended the 'A Heart for Children' (Ein Herz Fuer Kinder) Gala 2016 charity event at ZDF television studio in Berlin, Germany.
German tv station 'ZDF' and German newspaper 'BILD' children's charity collected donations for the benefit of refugee children this year.

18,078,716 Million Euros were collected.

One of the highlights of the evening: the award of the Golden Heart to Her Majesty Queen Rania al-Abdullah of Jordan by Daniela Schadt, a life companion of Federal President Joachim Gauck (76).

"A Heart for Children" appreciates Rania Al Abdullah's commitment to various children's aid projects. The Queen, herself a fourfold mother, is an honorary chairman of the United Nations Girls Education Initiative and is the chairman of her "Jordan River Foundation" for the protection of children from abuse and violence.

I'm a huge fan of Rania because of her work and her style but what is it exactly in the cut-outs of the black dress? Bullets? Lipsticks?
