Yes. The day Caroline Hannover had to walk all the way to the cathedral on her own because Ernest felt unwell.

Wasn't he picked up or helped by a palace guard, or at least a guard in a sort white tropical uniform?

A starter both men as youngster:

The Guardian and Telegraph articles about the clash and related

According to Wikipedia:

Fight with Amedeo (2004)

On 21 May 2004, following a dinner held by King Juan Carlos I of Spain held at the Zarzuela Palace on the eve of the wedding of his son Felipe, Prince of Asturias, Vittorio Emanuele punched his third cousin and arch-rival Amedeo, Duke of Aosta, twice in the face, causing him to fall down the steps.[33][34] Former Queen Anne-Marie of Greece caught Amedeo to prevent him further injuring himself and helped him indoors, stanching his bleeding face until first aid could be administered. Upon learning of the incident, Juan Carlos, a cousin of both men, reportedly declared that "never again" would an opportunity to abuse his hospitality be afforded to the competing pretenders.[34]

Ernst August also became ill at the Pedro de Osma Museum in Peru, where his younger son's Prince Christian's post-wedding party was being held.

I thought there were some pictures of Ernst August feeling unwell at the 2004 wedding of Felipe and Letizia, but I couldn't find images of it yet.

Princess Margaret as a bridesmaid In 1950, the Queen's little sister Princess Margaret stepped into the role of bridesmaid at the wedding of royal relative Margaret Elphinstone and Denys Rhodes at St Margaret's in Westminster, London.

I like the red uniform jackets of pageboys Thomas Pettifer and William Lowther-Pinkerton at Prince William of Wales' wedding.

Isn't Sybilla that larger lady on the left in the picture? I already thought so, but didn't know if it was possible age wise

Yes, the first grown-up on the left.  Ingrid is on the right, and Alice is at Ingrid's right elbow (behind Elizabeth).

I love the Queen of Jordan’s little wedding jacket. Very stylish. Dismayed at that one of the Spencer sisters took brides”maid” literally and had her bridesmaids wear aprons.

It's interesting to note that until the 1960ies/1970ies etc. royals usually had bridesmaids aged around 20-25, while nowadays they rather have they bridal children including boys and girls.

Would be interesting to know why that changed.
