http://www.dailymail.co.u...rage-killing-died-33.html

So what REALLY happened to Dubai's Sheikh Rashid? How billionaire prince was hit by claims of cocaine, sex parties - and a 'roid rage' killing before he died at 33

Quote
Dubai's Sheikh Rashid, 33, died of a suspected heart attack on Friday

The prince was laid to rest on Saturday at the Umm Hurair Cemetery

Rashid was in line to rule Dubai but crown prince title was stripped in 2008

His younger brother, Sheikh Hamdan, 32, was made the heir in his place

Leaked diplomatic cables accused Rashid of murdering an aide at the Palace

Rumours of drug abuse have long circulated in Emirati high society

You wouldn't be surprised at how many people thought all of that was fact before the dailymail wrote it   No

Dailymail is simply repeating a lot of bullshit that people have been spreading around for years. Unfortunately it sticks even if false  Thumb down

Not just those rumors and allegations being reported but the whole "crown prince title was stripped" bullshizz - he was never named Crown Prince and therefore could not have been "stripped" of the title. Roll Eyes The Middle East does not have to go by birth order so a ruler can name his distant cousin his heir if he wants.

Since when DM editors do their job, duh! Their "job" is doing nothing Tongue

To be fair to them, they just wrote what has been around for many many years. They just put all together in one article, but none of the stories are new...

Would be nice for them to do some fact checking and research... for once... but I know, I know: it's Daily Mail. Can't have them breaking their backs to be real journalists. Tongue We need to petition them to change their name... maybe to Daily Propaganda Mail (since they always have a biased agenda) or Daily Gossip Blog (since they are just slapping together a bunch of gossip and rumors). The whole article was poor in taste. Compiling gossip and rumors about the deceased is hurtful and slanderous. The Daily Fail should continue to focus on the Kardashians and other z listers.

Sad news, and as mentioned by many here it is hard for parents to have to burry their own child (no matter what.)

There have been stories about several of the brothers for years and Hamdan was named in the Wikileaks cables.

Thanks for the info Little Star.  Hope that Hamdan is clean now.

Very sad news for his family.

I saw him around London a few times and he always seemed very friendly and willing to chat with people who approached him.

The cynic in me thinks the cause of death was probably something else.
hello i am new to this forum. was curious to know if sheikh rashid was seen in london after 2013?
