A friend and her mother did a “couples” Halloween costume a few years ago. Her mom was a bar of Dove soap and my friend was a Loofa. This dress is almost exactly what my friends costume looked like and I pretty much can’t see anything else when I look at Vic here.

At first sight I had to think of exploded cotton candy (see Victoria / Swedish royal news topics). But one way or another the dress is growing on me. Am I perhaps getting used to the dress?

I simply don't like the Vokuhila style.

Her earrings look like melted marshmallows too... A very poptastic look.

I love this! Very elegant  Thumb up

A very beautiful dress. This dress reminds me of Mette Marit’s gown she wore at Joachim and Marie’s wedding:

What a difference a dress makes! I hated the powder puff run amok - it did nothing for her, although her face looks amazing on the pictures. But the red and blue dresses - wow. Clean lines, clear colours, so elegant. She has such a charming smile. I'd love to see her with open hair one day :-)

Another recycled dress, Elie Saab, last worn at CG's 70th birthday celebrations in 2016

I think exactly what you describe looks fabulous on her. She's in great shape and has sharper facial features, so I don't think fussy things work well for her but she looks so good in sleek, well tailored outfits.

I find it quite sweet that Vic has accompanied her dad rather than Silvia. I think CG has every right to be incredibly proud of his eldest daughter.
