Excellent thread idea, Lady Adelaide!  Star  I love most of Victoria's gowns and when she misses, it's on a grand scale which I respect because at least she takes fashion risks.  One of my favorite all-time gowns (on anyone ever) is the Fadi El Khoury gown Victoria wore to Madeleine's wedding.  On a hanger, I wouldn't have looked twice at it and greige rose has washed out many a starlet, but on Victoria it was silk organza and tulle perfection.

I agree about the Fadi El Khoury gown - it was one of the best she's ever worn, IMO.

I'll do Silvia's gowns tomorrow. Cool She too has some stunning dresses!

Everyone on here has such good taste!  The Elie Saab had such ethereal elegance and the red Par Engsheden ballgown was both dramatic and timeless.  I feel like Victoria has become even more beautiful since marrying Daniel and having Estelle, the happiness they have brought her has given her more confidence and the way she moves in these gowns is more regal.  Victoria was so striking at the Nobels, it was a very impactful moment, the Queen had arrived.

What strikes me a lot looking at the pictures with Daniel (after wedding!!) is how many times she looked absolutely pregnant and then very slim again. Not knowing that so far she has been preggers one and a half times, you'd guess she has had at least half a dozen children already.
Really makes me doubly happy for her. There must have been some very tough times.
BTW, of course the Eli Saab and the look-a-like were fab. But I think one of my favourites is the blue-patterned one shoulder. She looked fabulous.
