Maybe I am clueless and naive or maybe it is just me.    Where I come from, brushing your hair and doing nothing else but letting it hang there is not a hairstyle. Brushing your hair, is the minimum you can do on a daily basis.
I freely admit I know little to nothing about what women do to their hair. I have never done anything to mine except one body wave and and my very thick hair when curled looked like a lion's mane.   
I understand coloring as most of my friend's have. I understand adding in a hairpiece or extensions when you have thin hair and want fullness.
I guess what I don't understand is not taking care of the hair you have. Pulling the hair tightly can cause thinning. Brushing when wet can cause breakage.
With access to the best products made and the olympic level Swedish Dream Team of hairstylists, why does Sophia's hair look so unhealthy and usually done by herself?

Considering that she mostly likely got styled by someone in all of these cases, it's quite mindboggling how bad the results are

If she's not going to keep her hair healthy, then wearing it up at least hides the fried ends.

Having a trim and using some conditioner is also a good way to hide fried ends.

But I guess that's too complicated for her.  Like with everything else, she's delusional when it comes to grooming.  It's like her only skill, literally, her only skill, is taking off her clothes and posing.  Clearly she hasn't the capacity for anything else.

Recently I had a discussion that still a lot of people think it is sufficient to go to the hairdresser once a year or once every half year. Especially when they are trying to let their hair grow.

I used to have long hair, but every 6 weeks a hairdresser trimmed the ends of my hair. It looked healthy. In comparison to the persons I see with long hair with large fried ends. It makes me want to take the siccors and to cut off a part.

Sofia has improved a lot since her first appearances (straightened teeth, ironed sash, flattering updo, nicely fixed tiara) but to me she still looks cheap, tacky, and way out of her league.

Her hair is a total rat's nest and her super heavy blue eye makeup is so trailer trash chic. She's a hot mess, minus the hot.

Oh the eyeshadow! Blue eyes and blue/purple shadow do not go together. At least her hair game is improving.
