Alexandra and Martin sell house in Alanya.

While Countess Alexandra and Martin Jorgensen announced in autumn that they have separated, a economic intervention took place. As the Countess Alexandra in September informed she would be divorcing Martin Jorgensen, there was also a start of a major economic changes, which among other things involved several properties that were purchased jointly.

Now though, it seems to that the there is a headache less. According to the tabloids, the pair got rid of one of the two holiday houses that they have in Alanya in Turkey. It has been confirmed by a source close to the exclusive Oasis Club 1.

It concerns the 390-square-foot house in the holiday paradise that was acquired in 2012 together with her friend Steen Christensen, for a price of 4.7 million kroner, according to the tabloids. At the same time they put a second, smaller house in the area for sale. It is not yet sold, but should, however, according to Ekstra Bladet, be rented out.

I can't believe its taken this long to sell one of them! I think she lost money...they bought one summer villa in Turkey and then saw another in the same development and bought it thinking they could sell the first. Then the market took a downturn and a lot of people with summer homes flooded the market. She mortgaged her divorce settlement (house) to buy those properties. I hope she's out of debt at least!

I can't believe its taken this long to sell one of them! I think she lost money...they bought one summer villa in Turkey and then saw another in the same development and bought it thinking they could sell the first. Then the market took a downturn and a lot of people with summer homes flooded the market. She mortgaged her divorce settlement (house) to buy those properties. I hope she's out of debt at least!

The times in the year they could use the house were very limited. She should have thought first and then bought. But then, the same goes for Martin. Exactly. I used to think Alex as a smart woman. After years of bad decisions, I no longer think she's that smart. These are basic personal finance management. She worked in finance industry before marriage and she didn't know these basic rules? Maybe years of easy money made her forget reality.

I think she lost touch with reality. I generally think when you get such an excellent deal as Alex got you try and stay undercover for the rest of your life and don't flash into the Danish taxpayers face what kind of life style you got for being the wife of the spare for a couple of years. I am greatly disappointed. I really liked her while she was a princess, I thought first that Martin might have been something like an ego booster for her because of something that happened in her marriage but well ... I think my judgement was wrong and way too optimistic. It was her being stupid. Nothing more.

I agree and also I think it's lovely to see how well she and Joachim get along and co-parent after the divorce. A LOT of people sadly don't know how to do that.

Also: a little btw - the fact that Alex ends up loosing money of Martin at the very least shows that she was invested in her marriage and was serious about the relationship. Obviously Martin is a douche but she must have been in love and at least believed in him. I find it quite absurd to seemingly blame her more than him for the marriage failing

Alexandra paid no attention to Mary.

Crown Princess Mary and Countess Alexandra sat a few meters from each other, but were oblivious to each other.

The former royal sisters-in-law were the same fashion show without noticing each other. Copenhagen City Hall was on the other end on Wednesday afternoon when Crown Princess Mary appeared to shoot fashion week started to see the first official fashion show.

But Mary was not the only one who threw regal luster to the show. A few meters from the Crown Princess was her former sister, Alexandra, who, like Mary had front row seat.

There was not exchanged either kisses or old memories between the two. For Alexandra had not heeded that Mary was also present. It revealed the countess when HERE & NOW would hear if they had had time to greet each other.

- "Was she here today? Well, I didn't see her", it sounded too bad from Alexandra, who, however, soon will get the chance to catch up with his ex-sister-in-law.

- "We'll see each other after winter break", she assured, without wanting to tell in what context the two to be seen.
