And BTW, a similar flower print skater dress is in the collection of almost every high street brand this summer. For 1/5 or even less this price. What a waste. For one match, where 80% of the time, she was sitting and looked as if wearing a white 15 USD t-shirt ....

I thought was this dress minus the petticoat they put for the fashion runway, (I been trying to find a better picture ) because is hard to see clearly The sleeve length is cap versus this one which is a more of a short sleeve. Plus almost all Catherine Walker clothes are made to order. |

In all fairness, the Erdem skirt is on sale now (or shallI I say WAS on sale this morning when I looked it up, 595 EUR if I recall right) - NOW, it's out of stock on their website *) ...
not that it would make much difference considering the bespoke top.
*) Honestly, where's the sense in buying what Kate wore immediately after she was photographed in it? I wouldn't like to wear sth a celeb or royal has recently worn. I'd rather like to be known for my own style, not for "repliKating".

I cannot even fathom paying this much for clothes. I could buy a nice house here for what she has spent on clothes for 37 days of 'work'. I know that she needs to look nice but think about how much good PR she would get if she wore less expensive options and saved the $3000 outfits for galas and such. Just my opinion, but I know it would make me see in her in a better light.
