Goodness, that's an insane amount of money for someone who has only had 30 engagements at best since 1 January. Good grief. The Prada shoes she wore to the Blue Whale exhibit were worn previously, so it would shave a staggering $820 for her total right now. The Sugars and their sleuthing discovered that she actually wore them during their tour of India with that blue evening gown. They thought they were the black version, but upon closer inspection, they are these. Welp, look at the Duchess recycling a pair of shoes that no one could really see the first go round. *eye roll*

$1893 for that?! This dress can be find in almost every store in the US for under $20. The spending by this woman is ridiculous. Every time I start to soften towards Kate, she shows how horribly out of touch she is. I would love to see someone confront her and the BRF on the money spent on clothes based on the number of engagements. How could anyone justify this?

Hasn't she the black version of these sandals?  Why get something so distinctive in two colours?

I just can't like that red dress. It's not her & Im pretty sure I found this in the back of my mothers closet playing dress up one day. Last worn by my mother in 1980  Wink

I like that red dress, but possibly because it brings back fond memories of a slender young me wearing something very similar in about 1980.  For once the loose hair looks just fine, too.  She could have gone without those dangly earrings though because they are lost in the mane.  Dangly earrings would have looked nice with a ponytail, though better in black for contrast with the red.  And not those beige sandals, though I do like the painted toenails.  Black sandals in that style would have looked better.  What is it with her and beige shoes?  When she's wearing beige court shoes she looks barefoot.

And in the blue dress, why is she holding her purse upside down?  Someone should tell her about shoulder bags.  They free up your hands so you're  not having to clutch something in them all the time.

Wow!  Mathilde certainly did a better job with accessories, didn't she!  She didn't just wear a dress, she created an ensemble.  Imagine how much better Kate would have looked with a blue jacket and shoes to match the pattern.  It would have matched Big Blue, too! Grin
