I am hoping he gets the very same level of education that's given to his sister so there will be none of that spare-with-nothing-to-do stuff for him when he's an adult.
I think given Victoria's upbringing and her father's clear preference for her brother, plus the disasters of some siblings of heirs in other monarchies, Vic and Dan will be acutely aware of the need to prepare Oscar well. I hope they follow Felipe and Philippe's examples.
