That definitely has an Instagram filter on it, and I don't like it.
It takes the one good thing about Sofia's dress (the color) and makes it trashy/ugly. I guess that fits the wearer.

This picture speaks volumes - look at how CP and Snakey are pushed off to the side. She sticks out like a sore thumb. And she's the only one crossing her arms in front of her. Oh I can't stand her!

Expressen has an article about the clothing costs of each of the princesses for last year. What caught my eye was this particularly sugary quote (translated via Google, cleaned up a bit by me) "Princess of the people"
Princess Sofia has 77 identified garments, according to The Royals and I, worth a total of 143 481 SEK. "It is not at all unexpected that she is significantly lower than the others. She is a princess of the people and shows that it is possible to wear the slightly cheaper clothing. She makes it really as good as the others," says Expressen's Emma Danielsson. http://www.expressen.se/n...rinsessornas-dyra-modear/

Does anyone know how they account for Madde's clothes that she pays for privately? Do they count that towards the total as well?

I believe it's all clothes that they wore for the first time this year that were id'd and have a price associated (so her Fadi el Khoury gown isn't included since it's custom).

I agree @Ksenija I can't think of anything more disrespectful to Princess Diana's memory and legacy than to ever compare the Sneaky Snake Stripper to this wonderful woman The fact that the Swedish press even contemplate trying to sell the comparison demonstrates how little they think of their readerships' intellect. I wonder if Diana's estate could ever sue for libel??? IMO, just because the Swedish king has given her full access to the SRF doesn't mean she should be able to EVER put her name and Princess Diana's in the same sentence.

"It doesn't matter how much she spends on clothes because she looks just as trashy in the cheap clothing as she does in the expensive designer clothing." Fixed it for you, Emma Danielsson. You're welcome.

It's like the scullery maid photobombed the picture. She looks really ugly in this photo, and definitely sticks out.

There is too much shown of Madde'S dress in the picture - but at least she looks okay. The snake looks weird - the dress is weird. She does not belong there and the picture reflects this.

All the members of the SRF are bringing a "presence" to the picture. Even Cp, who's wattage is lower than his sisters, for sure, manages to bring something to the photo. Sofia just, doesn't. One of these things is not like the others...

I cannot believe how strange and ugly and misfit Sofia looks. What on earth did she think when she tried on that hideous dress and hairdo? She took better care of herself on the days she lived with a pornfilmdirector.

Chris received upon his marriage the " Commander of the Royal Order of the Polar Star", which he wears around his neck. Why didn't he receive - like Daniel - the "Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Order of the Seraphim" with the sash and the star? It is appointed by CG to members of the Royal Family, and who he deems worthy I guess. It was also given to non-royals. So the fact that Chris declined a royal title shouldn't matter, CG could have still given it to him, no?
