The coat fits her perfectly - one of her best IMHO One thing I will never understand is why she always wears the peplum jacket opened as it looks so good on the model when it's closed...

About 3-minute long speech and she barely looked down at the notes. She seemed to be chatting with the audience rather than delivering a speech.
