I don't like her latest haircut, I think is too extreme even for her. I hope she goes back to any of her previous styles.

IMO short hair suits her, but not that short. To soften her face she would need some locks freely framing her face, just like in previous hairstyles she had.

Longer hair would be an option, but I personally don't find it flattering when she has it loose then. I guess her hair is too thin or so, or make her head look smaller. IMO it then doesn't flatter her.

I love how absolutely smitten with the wee little ones Charlene appears. She's at her absolute best at events involving children and those who are differently abled, like the Special Olympics. I think she has a huge heart, and it certainly shows here.

June 12
Charlene attended the 'Water Safety Day" that was organised on the Larvotto Beach by Her Foundation, the Aquatic Rescue Center of Monaco (CSAM) and Cap O Pas Cap in partnership with the Monegasque Red Cross.

She is a former Olympic swimmer who enjoyed a glittering career in the pool, so it is perhaps of little surprise water safety is a cause close to Princess Charlene's heart.

The 38-year-old royal, who competed in the 2000 Games in Sydney, was on hand to launch a drowning prevention initiative on Larvoto beach, in Monaco, today.

The mother-of-two, who campaigns to keep swimmers safe in the water, kept her look casual in a grey polo shirt and white jeans. She also appeared to have injured her wrist as she sported a red wrist brace to the event.

Princess Charlene was joined at the water safety day by French Olympic swimmer Alain Bernard, who took home medals in Beijing in 2008 and London 2012. The pair looked in good spirits as they chatted and posed for photos on the shore, although at one point Princess Charlene was seen touching her wrist brace.

The campaign was part of her Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, whose primary objective is to save lives by putting an end to drowning.  Its missions are to raise public awareness about the dangers of water, teach children preventive measures, and teach them to swim. As part of her work with the foundation, Princess Charlene has launched a number of water safety programmes around the world.

Wow -- thanks for that photo.   I had not seen this before.  She looks eerily like her MIL.  That dress is beautiful.
