There also seems to be no follow-up anywhere (and I’ve been looking!). There were rumours of an unknown/unidentified North African wife a few years back, usually Moroccan was cited.

If there is ANY grain of truth in the story, I hope the person is safe and that the Daily Mail publicity did not harm rather than help.

The story continues... It has been confirmed that several ministries in several countries are indeed looking into this but won't comment much. A French woman and a Finnish woman are also missing. A French ex-spy is also connected to this. Still no confirmation if the woman is indeed a princess or not.

Several news sources are now reporting about this. I still don't know what to think. All we know is that people are missing and that their families have said according to them, the woman in the video really was a princess (or at least a very wealthy woman). I wonder if we'll ever get a confirmation if the woman was who she said she was. I fear we won't. The boat they were on has been seen near UAE today.

Weird anyway. Why does this seem like a book/movie plot or something...?

The French ex-agent has sent a message to his wife, the boat has surfaced in UAE and the Finnish woman will be sent to Finland. No word on the woman on the video or her whereabouts. Whoever she is, sounds a bit worrying.

Sheikh Mo have some 30 children some of them are known and some chose to live in shadow according to wikipedia he have at least 3 daughters called Latifa, i am afraid we can't be sure this women is his true daughter or not.
