If you were a reader of W or Town and Country in the mid-90s, the exploits of the Miller Sisters were featured regularly.

This place was fun back in the Miller heyday. The message board is long gone now and I don’t think there are archives.

getafix I think I remember the one you are talking about but I keep coming up blank trying to remember the name. I wonder if the site is gone now. So many of the ones from the early 2000s have dropped off the web.

I remember that board! At one point, there was an 'insider' that went by the name Madison who posted. You got a sense that she worked for one of the sisters in some capacity.

It's funny that Alex recently married a Miller.

I loved that board.  I never did more than lurk, but I sure enjoyed seeing all the MC dishing.  In fact, it was the first time I had ever seen a royal board that wasn't sugary.  I can't remember the name, but it was fantastic.  I remember one thread in particular that was devoted to the fact that MC and Pavlos forgot to get a marriage license/civil marriage.  It had pics of them like one or two days after the wedding heading to the registry office. Does anybody else remember this?

I thought they had to redo the ceremony because it was conducted in Greek and weddings in GB have to be done in English. That was one of the excuses I heard for them having to go to the office to do the legal part.

Now that you mention it, I think that's what actually happened.

Good memory!  Star

I remember that board had really funny pictures of them in casual clothes going to wherever it was for wedding number 2.

I'm super late to the party, because I was nowhere near the gossip back then and can only go by what I now (know):
MC doesn't speak Greek and Pavlos does, but did he back then? My guess is he did. Anyway, when one partner doesn't speak the language - or basically half of the guests - then these ceremonies are done bilingually. With my experience with similar weddings like theirs (culturally & linguistically mixed) and the fact that you can't trust them as far as you can throw them, I'd say that was an excuse.  Whistle

I've never seen a Greek Orthodox wedding that was in anything but Greek-and I live in an English-speaking country. I don't believe Greek Orthodox weddings are ever conducted in any language other than Greek-regardless of country or native languages of the couple. Pavlos spent the vast majority of his life (like from age 4 until adulthood) living in England.  They should have known the rules for weddings in England.  My guess is that they either thought the rules didn't apply to them since they are "royal" or they truly are stupid.

I disagree.  This wasn't an either/or situation.

It was both.  They are that stupid, and they thought they were above the laws.

I have a photo of them after their civil wedding. It was at Chelsea register office. I know as I married there too!

I’ll try and post in the morning. MC is wearing cream Chanel.
