Hair (color + style) looked so much better at the beginning of the thread. She also looked younger with a lighter hair.
Vickie had this dress too. I like it more with a thin belt on Leti than a wide belt on Vickie. It's a OK dress, much better than pants. Leti's tasted on Pants had gone down hill since the engagement with her white Armani pantsuits   Cry.

Wear wrist weights while you are at home, doing things actively (no matter what - cooking, cleaning, teeth brushing ... ) - start with a pound, after a month take 2 pounders for each arm. 1-2 hours a day.
Expect aching muscles after 2 days, but then first visible results after 4 weeks.
You'll not even recognize that you do a "work out", and it's very effective.
