Leti's dad lost a lot of weight. His wife is not here. I guess she gave her seat to Konstantin.

She was there, you can see her in all the videos. She just stayed behind during the family picture as it was only for the parents, grandparents and godparents Wink

I was blown away at how Juan Carlos and Letizia were getting.  It seems a case of "a lot of water under the bridge has passed" and they've now moved on.  His attitude has improved and he shows respect.  Good!

Everyone looks lovely and Sofia has a shining personality

My eye always goes to Sofía first. As someone else already said, she shines.

Letizia's hair is great, as it almost always is, but I hope she bins that outfit (last year's version too) and Felipe's tie with it. Mint green is such a bleurgh shade.

I'd like to see the girls try different hairstyles - different to each other's, that is.

My only comment is about a cultural issue. In the 12 years I attended an all-girls convent school, we were told over and over and over again that a rosary is NOT an item of adornment and is NEVER to be worn around the neck. So I always flinch when I see someone doing so, as the infanta is doing in a number of photos.

However, I do notice that here in California, Mexican families do not seem to have that same sense that this is  inappropriate so perhaps in Latin cultures it's considered OK.

Your school experience is not universal to all Catholics.  However, she's not wearing it as adornment.  It's probably a family heirloom and is probably worn there because she's taking part in a major sacrament.  Since we've never seen her wearing it before, it may have been a gift to her in honor of her communion, or something worn only on special occasions.

I too went to an all girls Catholic school.  We wore our rosaries for mass. It was not a fashion statement.

Cristina wants it be known that she's invited to the after party but SHE decided not to attend.  Dead Clown
