That dress looks so badly finished, looks like there is a long seam dragging on the carpet.

Hands down, Maxima and Letizia are the best ruffle wearers.

Also M-M looks fantastic in the petal pink long dress. Thatís a great color on her.

And a propos of nothing, M-Mís wedding dress is my all time favorite royal dress because it suited her so well, and just entirely has a Norwegian aesthetic.

I also love Queen Sonjaís ruffles. They always look so dated but on her, I love her dated clothing choices. I am at a loss to explain why I like her style. Maybe itís her smile and sheís elegant in whatever she puts on, like her clothes donít wear her.

Good point!  I was trying to think what bothered me most about this dress (the transparency, the fact that it looks very uncomfortable to wear or the way she is slumping in it), but I like your reason the best - the dress is wearing her.

No-one in their right mind would wear something like that in bed - after all you either want a romantic thryst or a good nights sleep - both seem fairly impossible in this attire...

Pauline has absolutely no style whatsoever, but good on her for trying to figure it out and make a business of it. She has some verve, and that is good to see.
