Obviously I hate her dress, but she does look very good. Her face looks softer and more relaxed.

Her petal-colored coat and rose pants outfit looked great.

Why is she beaming?
She looks so happy.
Before the diagnosis she looked so often bored or arrogant on events.
This woman is a Sphinx to me.

Yes, I noticed that, too. Maybe she's feeling some kind of relief that the news is out? Maybe she expects that people will understand better when she doesn't appear in public? Still, with a tough diagnosis like hers, her smile seems puzzling. Well, I'm glad for her and the people who meet her that she has such a smile with real warmth for them.

I wish she wouldn't bleach her hair to death. But the softer hairstyle is nice.

I wish her the best for her health troubles, she will certainly have the best treatment options available. My younger siblings grew up under the cloud of our father's illness when they were very young. It was a tough time for all of us but especially for the younger kids. I feel for families under such circumstances.

She is glowing! She looks so good.
I suppose that she feels relived now that they know what's the problem.

I don't like the pattern of her dress but the design suits her.

She does look glowing.  Don't recall seeing her look this good for a long time.  Long may it last.

I agree. Her face looks beautiful.

Maybe finally getting a diagnosis, even one this severe, is sort of a relief because now she knows what is wrong.

Love, just love the softer hair style, she should wear it this all the time.  That center part is is not that flattering.  As far as her wonderful smile it just could be that she is happy that they finally found something wrong( i know, even if itw horrible news) or they gave her fabulous drugs!!

Mette-Marit really is glowing. I donít find it too strange when I think about it. Her illness has scary symptoms and it must be nice for her to put a name to what has caused what Haakon called years of suffering with those symptoms. As well as people  not only now know she is not lazy but she has gotten a lot of public support and understanding.

I feel you with that. Just because we have confirmation that she has been suffering from a terrible illness doesn't mean our general opinion  that she is workshy is wrong.  Both things are not mutually exclusive.

Haakon and MM hosted a dinner at Skaugum for volunteers who participated in this year's TV campaign in aid of the Church Mission.
