I'd quite like Harry to work close with the Duke of Edinburgh scheme. Though that's been earmarked for Edward, the next Duke of Edinburgh, I feel Harry's military training and background would compliment the scheme, something that he'd have genuine knowledge about.

Harry and William to 'split their staff

Quote
Prince William and Prince Harry are expected to divide their shared household in the next few weeks to help ease tensions between them and their wives.

Courtiers have also suggested that the ending of their ‘double act’ and the creation of separate courts reflects their changing responsibilities.

It is understood the key split will be in their communications team. In recent months, the Palace has struggled to contain a tide of negative Meghan headlines, with aides understood to be frustrated that their advice would occasionally fall on deaf ears.

Quote
It is hoped that by no longer working so closely these tensions will evaporate. At present, 37-year-old US PR guru Jason Knauf advises both couples on media relations.

Last night, he denied that he will now concentrate only on William and Kate, leaving his deputy, Christian Jones, who was pictured leaving a restaurant with Meghan last week, to focus on the Sussexes.

It was silly to keep expanding and expanding this foundation. What were they going to do? Keep going and next become the Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Prince George and his wife Princess Tigerlily?!?

Tensions or not, they probably never should've been together once William got married. It was always awkward to shoehorn Harry in with Will and Kate anyway, and it's best to have separate staffs who can focus on the two couples' different future roles in the family.

The split households are all well and good but it means nothing when the junior couple refuses to abide by their status in the hierarchy and act like they are the premier couple.

It is such a dumb, convoluted name. IMO the offices should have separated long ago, but first they had to shoehorn Kate in there as they'd been selling W&H as the royal duo; now Harry's wife? It's a mess. Totally divergent people, interests, priorities the same only making themselves look good. Just naming it The Royal Foundation is fine, right?

What's dumb and convoluted about "The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, unnamed baby Sussex, Lupo the dog, the mystery labrador and the Aquazurra loyalty card"?
That!!
It's a name and an umbrella.
Can't they stay under one heading "the princes' trust" and each have their very seperate charities and areas?
With HM's age in consideration, I don't think it makes a lot of sense for William to set up too many of his own patronages and venues. In due time many of his father's or grandmother's projects will need new "leadership" and he IMO would be much better advised to carve himself a position there.
Eventually, William and Kate will ease out of there and into their new roles, while the Sussexes will hold the fort until the new generation of princes can take over. (and I mean George, Charlotte and Louis - not Givenchy of Sussex, since (what's the new expression for a gender neutral person? I am totally convinced Meghan will announce that Givenchy will be raised neutrally) he/she/it will grow up much like the Philipps and York Kids.. irrelevant for the monarchy.

Givenchy of Sussex LOL fairy Star Absolutely the second coming will be raised gender neutral, it's what AJ would do after all. Angel

One may address Givenchy as 'they' , but there are quite a few other options:
