Not in the Netherlands right now but I'm currently about an hour away from it and the weather here all week has been in that transition phase where it is cold in the morning when it is time to commute and when you're the shade, and the wind still has a very cold "bite" to it when it blows. But it is actually quite warm....almost hot, when you are in the sun and there is no breeze and it's the middle of the day. It is hard to dress at the moment - I've been wearing a spring jacket and been taking it on/off several times a day.
We were spoilt over here in the Netherlands, for about a week ago we had very warm weather for April (more then 20 degrees Celcius). Afterwards it became colder and more rain and threat of rain. Even yesterday, when I was fortunately inside. But indeed today it is moderate. In the shade with the wind a bit cold, but in the son a comfortable and warm feeling.
