If you figure it out let me know. Iím even jealous of Mary if Denmarkís arms.
Theyíve been my worse trouble spot since I was a tiny teenager. I think itís genetic

Where do you live? Orange Theory gave me seriously ripped arms (I'm 45, so that's no easy feat). I stopped going because of some health issues, but I'm going back soon. I hate working out, but loved those classes, and the results.

Letizia looks wonderful. I love her hair here - sleek but bouncy. And that bracelet!

Letizia's hair look really great. I also like her earrings and bracelet. Bare arms aren't scandalous but Letizia looks kinda out of place next to everyone else with her bare shoulders and arms  Blush

Well, if you have no time for working out in a studio or consider it wasted time to do special barbell training - just include the workout in your daily routine.
Buy wristband weights (0.5 kg each arm / later you may use 1 kg each) and wear them about an hour a day while being at home / cooking / doing housework / brushing your teeth - just while whatever you do that is not sitting on the couch doing nothing.
This will make even vacuum-cleaning a workout.

0.5 kgs is light enough to not be a burden, but heavy enough to keep the muscles busier than they are without. You won't built up heavy muscles, but the upper arms get much better toned and firmer.
You'll have first results after 4 weeks. Promise.

(I wear the wristband weights while jogging, by the way - never done anything more than that for the arms, and mine ARE as Letis).

Oh, wow. Both ladies look very lovely and elegant. Letizia looks beautiful in pale lilac (or is it pink? Cannot decide  Wink). The sleeves of her coat look too short for her but I guess its the style of the coat. I can not help but admire Letizia's shiny hair. Simple but flattering hairstyle.
First lady's coat looks very pretty. She seems like a stylish woman.

BTW: Thanks for all the tips about how to get toned arms  Star

The blue dress looked so good in her. This dress is nice but Iím not a fan of the coat. I donít like it for Letizia, too wide and too short for this dress. More tailored and longer would have been much better.
The First Lady looks really elegant!
