Now there's a wedding I did not think would happen.  Still, I predict one more child and a divorce in 5 years.

I also thought this one wasn't going to happen. We will see how they are doing

Wedding pictures. The tiara belongs to the Lux Family.

I'm glad they took their time and didn't rush into shotgun wedding, like I'm sure her parents would liked.

The motto of Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI who reigned from 1711 to 1740 was:
Constanter continet orbem
Steadfast, he holds the empire together.

Does Karl von Habsburg refer to himself more as Karl von Habsburg than as Archduke Karl of Austria?
The law of the abolition of the Nobility from 1919 (marking the end of the WWI and the Habsburg Empire) prohibits the use of those titles. In everyday life people still recognize those titles, but very few people would introduce themselves with their titles, use them in business and certainly could not insist on being addressed that way.
So Karl von Habsberg can only refer to himself as Karl von Habsberg...

Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I in Albrecht Durer's portrait studio. Albrecht Durer made several portraits of the Emperor. From 1512 Maximilian became Durer's major patron.

Holy Roman Emperor Leopold II placated the Hungarians by having a Hungarian coronation (which his brother Joseph II had never done) and granting the Hungarian nobles a more prominent voice in national affairs.

Holy Roman Emperor Joseph I fought three wars against France: the Franco-Dutch War, the Nine Years' War, and the War of the Spanish Succession.
