You right on that Kaiserin
Althought the point of the statement is to give her a pass for whatever she wearing loans or not she want to make sure nobody talks about her spending anymore but the opposite will happen imo.
Like the outfit but I’m more curious to know how much it cost
The pictures are nice, the little girl in the photos looks so happy to see her. Good to see that she’s not like other royals who think they’re too good to touch the “peasants”

I thought the same thing Halo It is a really good though, I like it a lot.

I think that was the goal from bullying the blogs fashion in her statement so we cant know anymore how her clothes cost  Wink

Well, as long as she continues wearing designer ready-to-wear looks, people will identify them and the cost is available online.

The top, for example, is from label AWAKE - 540 EUR

The skirt, on the other hand, is rather difficult to ID. But für Rania, the whole outfit seems to be "on the cheaper side".

I was just seriously wondering WTH Rania was wearing?
A leather apron?

It appears so!
I thought she was going for a peasant in the 1600s look

It reminded me of those old fashion / granny kitchen aprons:

And then I found this one

Ugggh ! That leather thing... is criminally hideous. Looks like a blacksmith apron.

Impressive lady, Queen Rania. There she is in Prada, Fendi, Gianvito Rossi, Bottega Veneta, and yet we know she got it all at a discount! Amman must have the most bitching branch of TK Maxx... That grey skirt was a mere $2,350 before Rania put Miuccia into a half nelson and got a bit knocked off the asking price

Not only is her spending atrocious, I find it equally disrespectful that she does not wear her native dress to any event outside of Jordan. You don't have to always be dressed in a fancy suit to look professional. An elegant up-do with a traditional dress would make her look much more appealing and would cost much less as well.

It bothers me too. There are so many talented Middle Eastern designers, and I’m sure Jordanian designers, who would love to showcase their talents. Even when she’s wearing what we think is Middle Eastern garb, it turns out to be a Western designer. I remember an Ulla Johnson abaya she wore in Jordan. She could have easily worn an authentic Jordanian one if she wanted. This is what I loved about Lalla Salma though...a thoughtful mix of Moroccan designs (remember those gorgeous kaftans at the royal weddings?) and European designs.

February 13, 2019, Queen Rania of Jordan visited the Jerash Women Charitable Society and Lubaba Bint Al Hareth Secondary School in Jerash. Established in 1971, the Jerash Women Charitable Society is one of the oldest community-based organizations in Jordan, and the oldest in Jerash. Its chief objectives include supporting community members in need through direct aid, and providing training opportunities for women to empower them with vocational skills. While in Jerash, The Queen also visited the Lubaba Bint Al Hareth Secondary School for Girls.

Raina was so pretty once upon and time. I'm sorry she has chosen to age with this new plastic face and not an aging but pretty face.  Crap

I’m amused with myself because I had only stated a post ago that Rania should wear traditional outfits more and lo and behold, she did!  Grin
