I love this dress ... The clutch and the shoes give it some extra oomph.  William looks good too.  No suede shoes or moose knuckle ...  Is the world ending or something???

her makeup is on point!! 🙌🏻 she looks so fresh-faced. I am a big fan of anything sparkly so yes to the shoes and the clutch. I think the tweed does have some silvery threads running through it to pick up the sparkle factor, it’s just not photographing very well

I really like the dress but the sparkly shoes seem very off with it, like a child chose it because it sparkles like the buttons! It just looks like something I'd have matchy matchy-ed when I was a lot younger.

I'm impressed she's using a lighter hand with the makeup. The heavy eyeliner is so aging and unflattering. I wish she'd rock a red lip or berry lip. I have thin lips, they look great in colors!

He had two!

He visited Tarmac Ltd's National Skills and Safety Park in Nottinghamshire followed by a visit to The Beacon Project, a day centre which gives support to the homeless and vulnerable in Mansfield.

At the Noel Coward theater for tonight's performance of "Dear Evan Hansen."

https://twitter.com/danie.../1232386166210596866?s=20

Black tweed for a theater engagement, am I the only one who finds that odd/unappealing?

Meh I don’t like it either. I mean there’s nothing wrong or inappropriate it’s just blah. It looks like a boardroom meeting dress, if you added different shoes.

That dress and those shoes are going to two different events.

i agree.  the dress is too casual for such formal/fancy shoes and clutch.  they don't go together.

Considering what the other guests are wearing Kate would've been overdressed with let's say an evening dress.

But I agree that the shoes don't match. Normal black leather ones would've been better.

I checked out Gert's Royals to see how their numbers compare to last year.

2019
Kate - 6 days/12 events (2 days and 6 events were the Northern Ireland visit)
William - 8 days/14 events (2 days and 6 events were the Northern Ireland visit)

With no tour this February they seem to be doing well numbers wise.

The thing is, Cams and Charles split up and do separate engagements while on tour. We've not seen too much of that with the Cambridges.

It is probably time they begin doing more of that while on tour. Kate is a shoo in for events with small children and gardens, for sure.
