I really hope they don't use any newfound celebrity "friends". They have plenty of family and old friends on Harry's side from which to choose.

Well, it won’t be Jessica Mulroney. She is in the process of being ghosted if she hasn’t been fully Markled already. Like Amber Petty, Jessica will be left to live off her kiddos role in the royal wedding for the rest of her Botox-filled life.
On Meghan’s side, it will be Serena as the timing will coincide with run up to Wimbledon and optimising the marketing and promotion of the launch of SW’s clothing line in the UK/ Europe.
On Harry’s side, surely it will be his best childhood Tommy Inskip. Why wouldn’t be?

Say what you will about Meghan, but I don't think it would be fair to choose all of them from Harry's side - she deserves to include her friends as well. My first thought had been Jessica Mulroney - but perhaps they're not as close as they used to be? Not sure about Serena - are they still close? She made a major error with the baby and referred to the baby as female before he arrived, so perhaps she doesn't have the information we assumed she did, or perhaps it was just a slip of the tongue. |

The problem with Meg's "friends" is that she doesn't exactly have many long term friends that stand the test of time. Serena would be the most likely, IMO. It doesn't matter, as long as one of the godparents' is anglican. Thus, they can choose whoever they like. |

I didn't know she was a JW, they are against blood transfusions and Serena has had a lot of health issues. So no blood transfusions means that if her daughter was dying she would refuse? Actually it wouldn't matter because with anything with a minor two doctors can override parental wishes.

Although, while I don’t doubt her devotion, she has attended birthday parties of fellow players and had several medical interventions using blood transfusions, so she might still be an option. Perhaps a sponsor at the least if not an official godparent. |

I had a classmate whose family left the church and at her first birthday party ever she spent it in the bathroom crying because she thought she was going to hell - as celebrating birthdays was not done. Given Serenas celebration for a baby not yet born it doesn't seem she's a by the book practitioner. |
