This is the guy who cheated on his paper, remember? The guy who fell drunk into the pool in Croatia. The guy who smoked pot in his dad s basement. The one with the costume. The one who left his then girlfriend face the press at the airport for two hours or something. The one who, well, Vegas. The one who said the thing about shooting enemies is like playing on playstation. I do not understand why would people be endeared by him. He might act in a certain way, but his actions in the last fifteen-twenty years say otherwise.
You are also forgetting what he did here, he was reported drunk by several witnesses at every single bar/disco he went, not even unable to dance properly, or walking in circles. Then, the whole episode when he went AWOL for several hours, and was then found in a pitiful state in an "estancia" here (call them country houses if you like), that is what I remember about his 2004 visit. As most of you had already stated, both the press and most of us have looked the other side for quite a long time due to all the hard things he went through. Now, what he does, seem more like yet another tantrum from a spoiled child that refuses to grown up than anything else.
And yes, he is needy. That's how Madam here got him in the first place.
