In honor of (American) Mother’s Day the Sussex account posted a picture of Archie’s feet. So adorable!

And it's not a break of privacy to expose your freshly born boy's feet on the Internet? Maybe we need a thread to survey which parts of the child's body are considered private and which are appropriate to be displayed to a large public. 

As the Sussex Instagram seems to be the direct continuation of Meghan's IG we can expect a lot of aesthetic monochrome shots of meaningful feet and telling fruit. I'm looking forward ...

    She would have never missed the opportunity to post the classical baby foot pic. At least  it's not a b&w photo..

Just read on tumblr that someone commented with the Inspirational quote, then Tig2.0 deleted the persons comment and added the inspirational quote in the post to make it look like it had been there the whole time.

 I dont think them having their own instagram account is such a good idea, if this is how it's going to be run. Merching for friends and stealing others ideas is hardly what I would call royal behavior.

Beautiful pic though. Baby feet are the cutest, and they smell soo good. Not to sound creepy but baby skin smells wonderful.

I love baby feet, but this is almost insulting. Those two know damn well that people want a peek at the little guy, not a shot of his feet and her hands. If they were willing to share a reasonable amount of pictures including his face, then this would be fine. Otherwise, they can keep their artsy fartsy pretensions to themselves.

I agree. And for a couple that wanted privacy, why post your kid's feet  on Instagram?

Silly me - I assumed that as Harry's grandmother is the Queen of Australia they shared this image of some baby's feet with some person's hand as an acknowledgement of Mother's Day in one of Her Majesty's realms (Australia celebrated Mother's Day yesterday). As it wasn't Mother's Day in the UK it had to be for a Commonwealth country surely - given they are HM's Commonwealth Youth Ambassadors.

She needs to learn to celebrate her American roots in private and only acknowledge Britain and Commonwealth traditions now.

Given that her American mom is with her right now, I think it was only normal for Meghan to mention Mother's Day as it is observed in the U.S. And I for one loved the photo of the baby toes. I think they are one of my favorite parts of a newborn.

In the U.K. isn't there something called ``Mothering Sunday" that's more or less the equivalent of Mother's Day here in the US? it's probably something Harry hasn't observed since he lost his own mom. I don't know about the situation in the U.K., but I know that at least for some people Mother's Day observances when there is only a stepmother (Camilla) can be awkward and feel weird. That's certainly been my experience, both as a stepmother and a stepdaughter.

I love baby feet but her fans have to chill. Literally every newborn baby photo shoot has a picture like this.
