The dress is nice, but I'm not convinced of the buttons and the silver belt.

The dress is also a repeat, worn for their US trip. It's Michael Kors.
I don't like the buttons, either, but the cut is perfect on her.

Most interestingly Melania owns the same dress in blue, and after having seen this, I do actually think the belt is a good idea.

Felipe, Leti: where are you?

Leti is taking the more serious part of the agenda while Felipe stays at Zarzuela...Spain is again in the middle of a political crisis and the debate in the congress in order to find the new PM started today. Pedro Sanchez, the candidate that Felipe appointed (and current Prime Minister) failed in the first round of voting. He has now 48h to try to form a new government (a coalition with Podemos)...we'll see if things run well and the King has a normal summer vacation for once.

Hola!

BTW, I heard Trump is going to visit Spain in August. Any chance of seeing him in Mallorca with Melania?
I remember that a couple of years ago while Michelle Obama was FLOTUS, she, Sasha and Malia had lunch at Marivent with J-C, Sofia and Leti.

I agree, not 100% on the belt, but I'm glad they are above the button and not in between any buttons, if that makes sense.  But overall I think she looks great, the hair style with the dress look fantastic.

If I had to choose who wore it better then definitely the winner would be...Letizia!
I like that Letizia added a silvery belt, so the whole combo stopped being so pink. I like the buttons, otherwise it would have been too plain dress.

I agree, and I think the belt improves the proportions of the dress. If the belt had been pink, too, it would have all been very matchy matchy. I think the silver adds a touch of fun to a sleek professional outfit.

The dress looked better on Melania, although I prefer the Pink of Letizia's dress. But the Pink of the dress clashes with the Pink tone of the shoes. Not so bad,in general...

The biggest problem for Melania is that she bought it a size too small.
