I just contemplated whether I would have told my boyfriend publicly that foremost his work 'inspires me every day', before mentioning how good a partner he is - and this after roughly 3 years together.

I would not have.
We are almost 14 years together and still - my inspiration is definitely not his dedication to his job.

Talk about pretended wokeness.

People who have to post it are trying to convince themselves through the eyes of everyone else.

And she's so cliche with her phrases.  Can't give one example just generic cliche comments - yup so inspiring you can't recall anything in particular.

Because she is fake fake fake. And incredibly unoriginal for someone who presents herself as creative.

Get your popcorn ready, the Telegraph has an exclusive on Harry's show with Oprah tomorrow. I'd completely forgotten about it but I can't wait to hear what sage bits of advice he has for us now.

Everyone, make sure you have netting across your eyes in case they come loose while rolling them.

I hadn't heard of this. My eyes will roll out of my head. I eyeroll Oprah anyway. She doesn't have children but she's a parenting expert.  Roll Eyes

She actually did have a baby when she was very young that died soon after birth.
But I get what you’re saying.

What could Harry possibly say that anyone would want to hear?
Is this for a charity ?
And why isn’t Meghan there? You know she was dying to go

I assume it's what's her face Bryony Gordon who worships Harry after having an interview with him during HT where she ran the marathon. It's sugar overload.

I was right, it was written by Bryony Gordon, so expect much sugar, BS, and lies! And she takes credit for sparking the idea for the series with Oprah. Ha.

He is the mental health savior. Er, okay, Bryony, whatever you say.

Do we really need Heads Together plus Harry's Oprah mental health series?

Do we really need both William and Harry going big on African conservation issues?

There's a lot of causes to go round, guys.

And why Oprah?  Is there no-one in the UK who could produce it?

Sorry, Harry, a big splashy tv series is not going to fix mental health. Just leave it alone. You don't have the subtlety, sensitivity, common sense or follow through.

He's an executive producer on the project. Apple is paying for it.  Him and Oprah are lending their names and getting paid for this series.

Oprah:

Quote
I asked [Prince Harry] the question, "What do you think are the most important issues facing the world right now?" and he said there are two.

He said climate change and mental wellness, mental fitness and mental health.

As you know, he's spoken about his own issues and what he went through after his mother died and how being able to talk about it has benefited him.

So it's a passion of his and, at the end of the conversation, I said, "Oh, I'm going to be doing this thing with Apple. It's a big concern of mine too and I want to try to erase the stigma," and he said at the end of the conversation, "If there's anything I can do to help."

Harry:

Quote
When I did your (Bryony Gordon's) podcast two years ago the response made me realise what an impact sharing my story could have, and what an impact other stories can have for so many who are suffering silently.

If the viewers can relate to the pain and perhaps the experience, then it could save lives, as we will focus on prevention and positive outcomes.

What I have learnt and I continue to learn in the space of mental health, mental illness and self-awareness is that all roads lead back to our mental wellbeing, how we look after ourselves and each other.
