Harry is at the landline site in Angola this morning that his mother visited. Apparently it has now thankfully been cleared, so why is he wearing the vest etc? Optics? Or am I being unfair?
I haven't seen the pic of Harry in the vest, but my guess is that no matter how carefully the site had been cleared, no-one was prepared to take the risk that Harry might happen to find the one unexploded landmine and blast himself to smithereens on camera. I don't fault him or anyone else for wearing a vest in the circumstances.
